Quarterly Report #2, November 2016

We have gathered perspectives from around the world and across disciplines in an attempt to catalyse discussion around potential new pathways. This report proposes a set of key questions regarding global catastrophic risks and the concept of global governance, with some ideas advanced for how these two topics might be approached.
