Climate Policy Councils: Success Factors and Lessons Learned (2021)

This report does not claim to be exhaustive in describing all existing national climate advisory bodies; however, it does include advisory bodies from all parts of the world. The report advances the four different types of advisory bodies described. The most common form is the scientific climate policy councils, while the in-house advisory body is the least common type.
