Supporting #TeamHalo

November 2, 2020

More than 150 vaccines for COVID-19 are being developed and tested across the world. Yet these incredible scientific breakthroughs are happening against a backdrop of decreasing confidence in vaccines. Transparency is needed to provide assurance, give the global public an opportunity to form their own opinion and to be able to help the scientific community.

#TeamHalo sees a group of scientists across the world take to TikTok and Twitter to open up their work for the world to share.

Over the coming weeks and months these scientists will be bringing us into their labs, answering questions and sharing the story of how we end this pandemic.

You can help too, by signing up for vaccine trials through the website of #TeamHalo.

#TeamHalo is established in collaboration with the United Nations Verified initiative and The Vaccine Confidence Project at the University of London’s school of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, with support from Luminate, IKEA Foundation, Global Challenges Foundation and UN Foundation.
