Waldemar Ingdahl, Communications Officer at the Global Challenges Foundation, is joined by John Broome, Professor of Moral Philosophy at the University of Oxford and Duncan Foley, the Leo Model Professor of Economics at the New School for Social Research in New York, to discuss their proposal of instituting a new financial institution to tackle climate change investments.
