Cosmopolitan Deliberative e-Democracy (2018)

Create a World Citizens’ Assembly (WCA) as the centrepiece of CDeD. One thousand people worldwide would be drawn by lot each year to deliberate on solving global issues such as climate change. Random selection would ensure a statistically perfect representation of the world population.
